Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cool4School! We strive to provide you with the best schoolwear products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice).

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refund on cancellation of order, return and request for refund of an item within 7 working days in original packaging. No item/'s can be cancelled as our supplier already started processing the order, in such a case if you insist on a refund, the refunded amount paid back to you will be 50% of your entire order.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, simply return your original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
